Why are updates in the Galaxy store way more memory neading than those in the play store that are the exact same?

I recommend you get protection on your devices to prevent malware/ spyware. Getting hacked 4 times in 3 years is not normal.

That is not true. Keeping your storage full only serves to interfere with your apps working properly. Apps need space to open, run and swap data - just like on a computer. If you've been hacked that many times, its something you are doing wrong - downloading rogue programs, clicking bad links, having compromised accounts.

Memory and storage are two different things. Memory is RAM, storage is space on your drive. Which are you running low on?

True ram is ready only random acess memory .

Take that back temporary acess for files for apps do get embedded but erased everytime something is turned off.

You are struggling with storage.

To clear out some storage go through each and every app on your device and clear cache. You will probably clear up 10gb of storage.
