Hello @Zipperdog,

I can understand how frustrating it can be to experience Wi-Fi issues.

Have you tried these troubleshooting steps below?

Advanced Troubleshooting:
  • Reset Network Settings: Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings. This clears saved Wi-Fi networks and Bluetooth pairings but fixes connectivity issues.
  • Change DHCP to Static (If internet fails to connect): If the phone connects to Wi-Fi but not the internet, changing IP settings from DHCP to Static in the network settings can resolve issues with specific router configurations.
  • Disable Intelligent Wi-Fi: In the Wi-Fi settings, tap the three dots, go to "Intelligent Wi-Fi," and disable features like "Switch to mobile data" or "Switch to better Wi-Fi".
  • Check Software Updates: Ensure your phone is running the latest software, as bugs are often patched in updates.

Diagnostic Tools:
  • Samsung Members App: Use the Samsung Members app > Get help > Diagnostics > Wi-Fi to test for hardware or connectivity issues.
  • Safe Mode: Restart the phone in Safe Mode to determine if a third-party app is causing the interference.

Please let me know if this helps! ๐Ÿ™‚
