How do I download voicemails on an S20 using Verizon? All I can find is to download the voicemail app, which doesn't seem to exist anymore.

I believe downloading voicemail is visual voicemail feature. Plans and preformance differ by provider.

Since voicemail and visual voicemail are both provided by your carrier, you should contact them with your question.

They told me I either can pay more to have that through them and that Samsung should have that feature.

To the best of my knowledge, that is not true. Samsung does not offer phone plans, just hardware and software, and even then, you can own the hardware, but they will always own the software, One UI OS, per the EULA.

If you find out otherwise, please post your findings here for the benefit of the Samsung community

To clarify my phone provider said I could pay more to be able to download voicemails.

And to clarify, Samsung does not offer phone plans, so they don't offer voicemail (VM) or visual voicemail (VVM).

VM and VVM are carrier features and available through them or through other third-party apps, like Google Voice.

You're just repeating what I said and not offering any solutions. I was clarifying who they was, I know Samsung doesn't have that ability anymore. That's why I'm in this predicament.

I'm sorry. I'm not being as clear as I'd hope. I'm sure this is frustrating.

It was clear to me from the beginning who 'they' were in your post.

But it appears that your only option, as you stated, is the pay your carrier more for visual voicemail, switch to a carrier that offers visual voicemail at no extra cost, or find a third-party app, like Goodle Voice, that has a visual voicemail service.

Samsung has never offered voicemail or visual voicemail. They have only created software that allowed users to access their voicemail provided through the user's carrier, to include visual voicemail if available through the user's carrier.
