I am proposing a novel idea of how Samsung can involve the people who actually buy their phones in the process of color choices.

There are 27 million Samsung community members. Let us choose from a set palette of choices for just the online exclusive colors. Samsung can offer their bland colors that are in carrier stores for the Ultras. Online exclusives can be chosen for those who prefer factory unlocked devices. If this purple were one of my choices, I would be all over this colorway!

I'm all in for this idea! How about it, Sammy? Willing to actually get your users involved in a meaningful endeavor?1769115416988.gif

I would rather help them learn what features we would like on the phones. The first thing I do after getting a new phone is to put it in a case, so the color is the last thing I would worry about for the phone!

Am I in the minority?

Even though I always use a case, the color still matters to me. Whether anybody else can see it, I know what it is and can appreciate it whenever I change cases or clean the phone/case.

I use a case too, but would like to see consumers have a broader choice of colors.

I tend to use clear cases to show off my color.

No, you are not. I put a case on my phone too, a clear case.

Samsung would never ask opinions on hardware. My idea is the easiest one to implement.
