Update removal?

How can I remove this update? I sincerely hate it. I'd rather buy a iPhone than deal with this.

Not a fan either but I don't want an iPhone. Don't think there's any way to go back

I just complained to Samsung themselves. They said there is no rollback method.

We pay a lot of money for these phones, yet they take options and can't even change the layout of our phones. Make it make sense.
