Galaxy S PhonesI am trying to get the old Galaxy S7 off the Samsung "My Products" page.
It won't let me: it directs me to the Samsung Members mobile app. But the mobile app does not list that device on my list of devices. So it only appears on the "My Products" page on the Samsung website.
I traded-in that phone to Samsung a few years back for a newer model.
I texted Samsung Support, but they kept transferring me to different agents to handle this issue, so here I am.

Galaxy S PhonesSettings --> Samsung Account --> This Device --> (select one of all the listed devices there) --> (menu) --> Remove device.
But my S7 is not listed there.

Galaxy S PhonesOr, the Shop app and the Samsung "My Products" website are using an old database, compared to the Members app.
Just my guess.
I did manage to de-register my old S10e recently before I sent it back as a trade-in to my Carrier.
