I would like to not get notifications or "alerts" aka nags, from Device Care and Digital WellBeing..

I actually think it would be best for me to somehow just uninstall them both, but i don't seem to be able to either mute them or uninstall them..

Has any like-minded person had success in doing either of these things on their Samsung devices and care to share how with me..?

Tyvm in advance!

Yes, those. You do not have notification categories turned on, that is why you cant fisable the notifications. To turn on notification categories go to settings/notifications/advanced settings/manage notification categories for each app. After you do that, you will be able to return to the app notification settings, view the categories and turn off the sliders. You still will not be able to turn off the main slider, but you will have effectively stopped notifications.

They should not be srnding you notifications. Make sure notification categories is on and the go to the app settings, tap on notifications, then categories and turn off all the sliders. You will not be able to turn notifications off if you don't have categories on. Ir, maybe you should actually look at what the notifications are telling you
