I've somehow apparently gotten the single letters "v" and "c" established as complete words in my predictive text database/dictionary. Whenever I typa a word with either letter in it, once I type that letter, the predictive text adds a space, and starts a new word.

I'm pretty sure how it happened, but I need to undo it. If anyone can offer any guidance on this, I'd appreciate it.

If you are using the Samsung keyboard,
You can tap and hold on a word in the suggestion bar, then tap remove. you can erase predictive text data by going to device settings > general management > Samsung keyboard settings > reset to default settings > erase personalized predictions

For google Keyboard
To delete personalized text in Google Keyboard (Gboard), open a text field, type the word you want to remove, tap and hold the word in the suggestion bar, and then drag it to the trash can icon. For removing all learned words, go to Gboard settings, select "Dictionary," then "Personal Dictionary," and delete words individually.

Well, I did the "erase personalized predictions," and that seemed to solve the problem for a while. But now it's happening again just like it was before. No idea why, but it's REALLY irritating!
