Samsung Galery Media Sorting

Greetings!

As some of of you might be aware, files have 3 main dates attributed to them:

Created, modified and last accessed.

With that in mind, is there a possibility to sort media in Samsung Gallery using such dates?

I'm aware of the function inside folders, but it does not exist where it matters most: the gallery main photos tab.

I'm asking this because the app takes in consideration the file's created date, which in MANY cases (including samsung gallery sync) is set to the downloaded date, making a nightmare to sort files.

Modified date is the ideal. Even sorting by name is better than the current default.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean but Google photos organized my media and photos . Example I recently downloaded data from Snapchat and when I plug my phone into my mom's computer all the photos from Snapchat were uploaded to drive and photos original dates and everything devices I've used email addresses etc etc but a lot of my photos I had to go back in time and connect the dots .

My girl sent me pictures but I couldn't remember where we were at first then the caption said packing and switching rooms I remember where but the date was the actual day she sent me the pics so I remembered eating papa johns and I redeemed it with points I logged into my account papa John's account and scrolled until I seen the location that matched the photo
