I imagine when something like that happens, only one of the recipients is invalid, somehow. I would send individual texts to try to determine the offending number. Are you the initiator or one of the recipients and are trying to respond? Are you trying to communicate with iPhone users and do not have RCS on or are not using Google Messages RCS? I understand that the limited version of RCS contained in Samsung Messages may have some issue communicating with iPhone users (especially iPhone users who do not have RCS turned on). If you are using Samsung Messages, switch to Google Messages and make sure RCS is enabled. Make sure any iPhone users you are trying to include also have RCS turned on.
