Friends tell me that when I leave a voicemail for them, the first thing they hear is my own 'unavailable' message, then the message I actually leave plays. How can I stop this. It's getting really annoying.
I would suggest contacting your carrier since Voicemail is a Carrier provided feature that they control so you may need to have them reset your voicemail.

Yeah, that's the only thing I can think of since the unavailable messages are stored on the carrier servers
