For the past couple months my phone on and off gives phone notification sounds. I've tried to follow steps online and haven't had anything work yet. All volumes are up all the way but I can't get notification sounds.

Let's give this link a shot: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10002549/ If this dosent help there are other things we can try. First let's try Safe Mode. Next let's clear the cache of your device. Then make sure your software is up to date. Lastly, a factory reset of the device should do the trick. Please let me know if any of these helps.
Do you have any other ideas before having to reset?
I tried to follow everything I could. The link the clear the cache was broken and I'm not interested in doing a factory reset right now.
Here's a link of what's happening with my audio. My notifications sometimes sound and sometimes don't regardless of audio settings.
I don't know what that means.
