I've been trying to update my Google Play Services (it's been getting stuck @ 79 or 88%) and I searched and saw a recommendation to clear the cache and data from that app AND the Play Store and restart, so eventually I did. It seemed to work, as it said Installing Update but then it went back to Status Downloading 88%. Please advise or have Samsung put the MicroSD slots back so I can truly upgrade my phone 📱, as an A-Series probably isn't better than even an almost 5 year old S-series.
Now I get it. I cleared the cache and data from Google Play Services, and that was a disaster. The update still didn't work, and I lost data on some apps and had to reset my Watch 7 to re-pair it bc it wouldn't connect via Bluetooth after I cleared that data.
