Galaxy S Phones- The mode being turned on is Theater. (The Normal Mode routine works fine.)
- It is being turned on via the routine, not manually.
- When the routine is triggered, Normal Mode is on. (If no mode is on, the routine works.)
- The phone is connected to my watch. (If the watch is powered off, the routine works.)

Galaxy S PhonesIt's because your normal mode routine is conflicting with your theater mode routine. You need to add an end mode trigger to your theater routine, not run both together. I don't know why its so hard to turn theater mode on and off manually that you need a routine for it, but you need to adjust your routine because your return to normal mode routine running at the same time will cancel out the theater mode routine. When a routine ends normally, it returns your phone to the state it was in before the routine ran - unless you configure it to do something else. So, there is actually no need to run a "normal" routine. Please post your routine so we can see what your trigger and end is. You know, you don't even need to run a routine, as you can set theater mode to start and end automatically. As for your question about your watch, do you have modes synced with between the phone and watch? Only one mode can be active at a time, while you can have multiple routines running as long as they don't conflict with each other. Routines do not apply to the watch, so the watch face should show whichever mode is currently active. Since normal mode is cancelling out theater mode, you will only see the normal mode icon.
Out of curiosity, why theater mode? You can create a custom mode, although there is no law against using a pre-configured mode to suit your needs.
