Galaxy S Phones
I switched from my Samsung Galaxy Note "8" to my new Samsung Galaxy S20 plus 5g and since the switch I don't get read receipts on my SMS even after checking the various options. On media posts I do receive read receipt notifications. Can anyone help me with this? I am still learning about the various stuff on my phone. Thank you for any feedback that you would have.

What Messaging App are you using Samsung Messages or Google Messages also who is your carrier as RCS Messaging is enabled by the carriers so if you are using Samsung Messages you might not have RCS Messaging as some carriers like AT&T and TMobile only allow RCS Messaging via Google Messages

Galaxy S Phones
I was on the phone yesterday with Tmobile and they weren't able to help me with the messages issue. They were able to get a representative of the Samsung technical support team to help me with this issue. It turns out that the problem is with Samsung messages and the option is not available with this version of messages and hopefully they will come up with an update to fix this. We tried Google messages and that was able to show the read messages. The problem was that the read was with small checkmarks and they are extremely small. So I opted to use Samsung messages because it is much easier to see the various messages about delivery. I appreciate all of the feedback that I received.
