Galaxy S Phones
All of the sudden I'm unable to move photos in Gallery from one folder to another. I receive a message saying "Can't write to SD card". I haven't changed anything or downloaded anything. Diagnostics shows everything is fine & have pleny of space on sd card & internal storage. Help!!

Considering your phone is going on 7 years old and has not had any type of update since March of 2023, could it be nearing its end of life?

Could be that the SD card is failing or corrupt.
A simple reinsertion can sometimes fix a connection issue.
Turn off your phone, remove the SD card, inspect it for any dust or debris, and clean the contacts with a soft cloth if necessary.
Reinsert the SD card securely into the tray and then back into the phone.
Turn your phone back on.
