I misplaced my phone and called T-mobile. They were required to freeze the phone. When I found the phone, it had a pin/ passcode I needed to enter when I had no pin prior. I called in Samsung customer support and they suggested I factory reset the phone. I need the data from the phone and I can not do that until my S9 I was using is unlocked. Please help!
