Here's how you turn off Power saving mode. First Swipe down to access your toggle settings> next at the top right hand corner, tap the Gear icon> this will bring you to your Settings menu> next scroll down to "Battery & Device care"> next tap on the battery menu> from here you can toggle off "power saving"
