I lost my old phone and along with it, my password to everything!! Including my 20 something year old Facebook account and all my backed up photos, everything in the cloud ,my old Gmail account and everything attached to it. I don't have my old phone, so I cannot receive any code that is being sent!! What do I do? X
If you select forgot pw, then don't have access to these, it may allow you option to upload your photo ID to get your fb account back. Not sure about Google. Maybe ask a friend to download all your photos and send to you? If you do this, be at a location you've logged into fb and Gmail before.
Were you using a password manager on the phone, or just never logging out of your apps? Most password managers have a backup component on the web, so you would only need to remember one password - the one to that account.
