File transfer grainy S10e

I trimmed my video to 20 seconds and sent it to my daughter (Apple phone).  When she views the clip, it is grainy.  Is that b/c my phone is an S10e?  Is there a way to send it so her copy will not be grainy?  Thanks.

It's because the video was automatically compressed but if you use quick share and create a link it can be shared in original quality
