S20 +: Sometimes I have accidentally hit the word spelling and thus inadvertently "entered" an incorrect spelling in the word dictionary

How and where do I delete words in dictionary

If you are using Samsung Keyboard, long press the suggested word and select "remove from learned words."

You can also remove words from gboard suggestions in a similar manner.
