Hi, I am also experiencing the bootloop problem on my Galaxy S20 +5G. It has occurred since a recent software upgrade. Now, I've had a new battery installed; I've cleared the system cache and I've been clearing the App caches as well. I've deleted some unused apps to generate more memory.

Is there any way to reinstall the software upgrade (I've tried but it tells me the software is up to date) or to revert to the previous version?

Must say, I'm mighty disappointed.

Hello, welcome to the Community, and thanks for reaching out regarding this. There are steps you can take before needing to go to a service center. Sometimes apps can cause random or constant reboots to happen on your phone or tablet. Follow these steps to troubleshoot this issue. You can perform a software update, factory reset, or turn on Safe mode to determine if an app is causing the issue. Give the steps in this guide a try: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10001548/

If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician. For service in the U.S., you can take the phone to a local U.S. walk-in service location https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung or to ship the phone in for service, please reach out to us via one of the following options:

You will need to go to a service center to have it looked at. They should be able to flash software to fix it. Make sure your device is backed up, photos, documents, text messages. Not system settings.
