Clipboard Option Missing Galaxy S10+

After updating my Galaxy S10+ to UI 4 the option to see what I have in my clipboard is no longer available when long pressing.

Yeah I've used Swiftkey for years and I've literally always been able to long press to access it. Just like when you long press and it shows options to cut and paste, clipboard was there. It's completely gone now. Did they remove that option?

The 3 dot option is only for the Samsung keyboard. I don't use the Samsung keyboard.

I found The Clipboard option is in the toolbar of the keyboard

My Galaxy 22Ultra quit offering the clipboard after the last update. How can I get it back? Is it a battery issue?
