I have folders that all my apps are categorized into and settings are set to lock apps to keep them from being moved however, apps are being removed from folders and placed on the apps screen. It is usually the same 10-15 apps and it happens so often that I am concerned about viruses or hackers. Is anyone else having this issue? It really is a pain in the butt to keep having to rearrange my apps back into their folders. Any advice or resolutions would be greatly appreciated. The phone is a Galaxy S20 Fe.
It sounds like you may have a third-party launcher installed that is causing this behavior. Some third-party launchers have an automatic reorganization setting that rearranges the apps when enabled. Locate the launcher app on your device and uninstall it.
