Anyone know how to turn on TTY HCO ?

I cannot even find TTY settings on my device, let alone the mode I require: HCO..

HCO (Hearing Carry Over) is a method which utilizes both voice and text communications on the same call, allowing a person to listen to the other party’s conversation and respond by typing via a TTY or other means of text communications.

I have RTT always on, still no settings for HCO show up, another commenter (they deleted their posts for some reason..) showed a pic of their TTY settings, which showed all the settings including HCO, which for some reason i don't have and cannot find searching anywhere..

Here's a pic that shows TTY settings, but i don't have..

Well.. as an update to the missing TTY settings in my Samsung Galaxy device i followed this fellow's (from India) advice kinda, and installed Google's Phone app and enabled the TTY HCO setting in that app, I'm not sure it will fix Samsung's Phone app though..

It won't fix Samsung's app, but you can use PBG as your default dialer and just tuck the native dialer away. You use the app that works for you.

PGB? Am I the only person missing the full TTY settings or does Samsung's Phone not have them to begin with..?
