I have a galaxy ring with a dead battery like many others have experienced. I contacted care+ and they say its a matter for warranty. I contacted warranty and they say its a matter for care+. As a result i waste hours and my device doesn't get fixed even though its completely covered. This is the most frustrating experience I've had with Samsung and really never want to deal with them again.
