About to send in my ring for a "repair" but based on everyone here, I'll actually be getting back a new ring. Two questions on that:

I realized after I submitted the request that the address on my Samsung account was outdated. I've updated it since, but will that affect the return process? Since my old address was on file when I put the ticket in, will they automatically send the replacement there?

(more of a long shot tbh) do they automatically send you the same size? I've lost a good amount of weight and going down a size might be handy. When they send you a replacement, did they ask for your size/color? Or just a firm replacement?

Thanks in advance

When you submitted the warranty request, whatever address that was on file will be used.

When replacing a Samsung Ring under warranty, Samsung's internal process typically sends a replacement in the same size and color as the defective unit. The company does not ask for new sizing or color choices, as replacements are generally tied to the original product specifications.
