Galaxy RingI purchased my Galaxy Ring late last year in November, and all of a sudden in less than a week after the warranty expired, my Ring battery started going from 100% to 40% within 1 hour, and then will just die altogether in under 2 hours.
I've performed every troubleshooting step under the sun, and spoke with Samsung support via phone and they agreed I've done everything they would suggest trying. It's running the latest update (I installed the first week of December), and have taken very good care of the Ring, being careful not to even let it get even slightly wet or lift heavy objects (i.e. weights) with the Ring on.
I've seen MANY other posts on this issue here in the forums, as well as other website forums including Reddit, Samsung Facebook groups, and more regarding the Galaxy Ring battery suddenly draining extremely fast, or stopping altogether close to just 1 (one) year of owning..
I'm livid that I've barely had it for a year, and it's already failing fast! This seems to be a widespread issue for users with the Ring from what I've read, and Samsung isn't even offering a voucher/significant discount to buy a replacement Ring (again, most people are saying "ONE YEAR" before they start having battery problems).
I really liked the Galaxy Ring as I relied on it for sleep tracking, and walks/jogs without wearing a heavy watch on occasions.
Throwing my hands up 😡

Galaxy RingGood luck, they'll probably moderate your post, delete it as "duplicate for not reading the solution IN 2024!". Then send you an automated email saying that further posts could potentially get you a ban. They did it to my reply in a recent thread. I didn't even create the thread.. I just said I was experiencing the same exact thing exactly after a recent update. Because 2024 of last year is the same as 2025 of this year.
