Good Update for the Galaxy Ring?

I have not had any issues with my Galaxy Ring with battery life, etc. and would like to keep it that way. 

Just received notice of the following update and would appreciate feedback from the community of it is a good update or has been causing issues. Thanks in advance!

Sometimes updates cause issues with battery efficiency or connectivity to name the most common. If you installed the update, have you had any of these types of issues?

DO NOT DO IT! It has rendered the ring useless. It drains the battery and has connectivity issues. Samsung not helpful

Since I installed this update my ring battery drains SUPER fast. I literally don't even get a full day out of it now

My ring immediately got worse. I used to have 80% after a night of sleeping. The night after updating it went to 20%. Now it doesn't even record sleep after a few hours. I have talked to tech and I'm sending my ring in. I think this update in the firmware wrecked the ring.

I am having the same problem! Battery lasts a day or 2.

Well, I already installed the update before the responses were posted about the battery issues. So far, the ring is about the same battery life, 6-10% drain each night of use. That's right on target. 3 nights and 4 days off charger and the ring has 62%. I just use it to measure sleep, which it has been doing well, and I don't like wearing the watch to bed. I guess I got lucky, as there are no problems before or after the update.
