Should a galaxy ring record heart rate when running. Mines doesn't and tells me I'm not wearing it.
I only purchased it on Wednesday . Thursday and Friday it recorded my walks, HR, sleep etc.
I went a run this morning and 6 minutes into my run it appears to have stopped recording anything. Is this normal ?

For immediate assistance, one option is to use the Samsung Members app -> Support -> Send text. This will open up live troubleshooting.
Another option is to contact Samsung support via https://www.samsung.com/us/support/contact/
Lastly you can submit a bug report via the Samsung Members app -> Support -> Send feedback.
