Galaxy Ring disconnects repeatedly

I have done the reboot of the ring, restart, relink to the phone, restart the phone.....keeps disconnecting every 20 minutes. Paid $400 for this in September last year, SO frustrated....help!!!

@MariLauraPHX It sounds like you are still in your 12 month warranty period. I would recommend contacting Samsung Support. 

For immediate assistance, one option is to use the Samsung Members app -> Support -> Send text. This will open up live troubleshooting.

Another option is to contact Samsung support via https://www.samsung.com/us/support/contact/
