I purchased my Galaxy ring in February of 2025, meaning it's not even been a full year of ownership. For the first 9-10 months the ring seemed to last the typical rated 5-7 days on a single charge. However, for the past few weeks I've noticed it consistently lasting only 3 days. I checked forums and updated the software, which expressly mentioned it's to address a known battery concern. This was about 2 weeks ago. Today, the ring did not last a full 2 days. Any advice? Thanks.

Thanks for your response. But as you can see in the image, the update made 2 weeks ago, version ending in YK3, was for battery stability. I had to have the Wear app check for this update availability after I read the forums stating it might be available. Did I address your statement?

Thanks. I'm not sure I did it right as it didn't seem to allow me to specify which device. And at the submission screen it appeared to log my phone. Not sure about the ring.

submit feedback or an error report for your Samsung Watch, use the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone or tablet by navigating to Menu > More (three dots) > Settings > Contact us > Error reports, selecting your device, describing the issue, ensuring system logs are included, and tapping send, ideally within 15 minutes of the problem occurring.
