Galaxy Ring
Why is my galaxy ring battery not lasting longer then half a day even when it was fully charged before I put it on. I got it to track my sleep and it wont last long enough. Even when I firat got it, the ring wouldnt last more then 12-24hrs. I have tried all I can think of. Anyone else have this problem or know of what I can do to fix it. I cant afford a new one.

Hi, unfortunantly this issue had been going for a while. A lot of Members have reported the same no as far as i know

@Keras_Creations Hopefully you have Samsung care. 

For immediate assistance, one option is to use the Samsung Members app -> Support -> Send text. This will open up live troubleshooting.

Another option is to contact Samsung support via https://www.samsung.com/us/support/contact/

If your ring is still under warranty I would contact Samsung with the link provided by @LongHiker. I had the same problem and was able to get them to send me a coupon to purchase a new ring. You have to be persistent.
