Galaxy Note PhonesI have been using Samsung Music on my Note 10 for years without issue (Version 16.2.40.5) but I have encountered a new problem. I sort my music by Artist and navigate to the artists alphabetically using the alphabet along the right side of the screen. Recently however, clicking on a letter on that side alphabet does not do anything. Scrolling takes a long time as does using the search function. What should I do? TIA 🙂

Galaxy Note PhonesClear the phone's cache partition. If that solves the issue, you don't need to do anything else. If it does not, go to the app settings and clear the app cache and, if necessary, the app data. If you clear the app data, your music will stay, but you will have to re-do any settings you made in the app. So, clear the cache first and see if that helps. If not, then clear the data.

Galaxy Note PhonesWell, there are also many other music players in the Play store, you can try one of them. You can also try uninstalling the Samsung Music app and re-installing it. I don't know if it can be uninstalled. I don't use it, I use a different one - one that I can actually turn off.
