Someone please help me! My phone (Samsung note 20)+ was dead, but I didn't know it was and tried turning it back on. After I did that the screen turned red and the phone shut back off. Now there is a pink tinged film on my screen. It doesn't go away after restarting my phone or even after a software update. Is there a problem internally? Please tell me what I did and how to fix it.

Galaxy Note PhonesHello, We understand how frustrating it is when the screen of the phone is not behaving correctly. This article provides troubleshooting for pink lines and dead pixels. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001485/
If these steps are not helpful, it is recommended to have the phone evaluated at an authorized service location. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/ or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
For assistance outside the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html
