Note20 Ultra not focusing

The wide and zoom lenses are fine.  The normal 1x lens will not focus unless I bang the side of the phone with the ball of my hand.  Then it works.  This happens every time I use the camera.  It is a know issue with multiple users in the r/note20ultra subReddit.

Not only does the camera not focus I don't like the crop and rotate features.
