I can't open a locked Samsung note. States it's opened by another account. Help!!! I've tried everything and nothing is working. Everything was fine and then it stopped working. I had to create my account all over again, because it wouldn't let me log in.

Restart the phone, then open the app. You may need to sign back into your account. Once the app syncs it should restore your Notes. Be sure to sign in with the same account the Notes are synced with.
