No blur effect??

I love Samsung but they make me upset sometimes. Why can you only use blur effect on pictures that have faces? Like you don't need blur for other things??? 😖 Faces are not the only things that are in pictures Samsung gosh..

If it is a Note 20 or older, it is a 5yr or older phone that hasn't had any kind of software update to any of the hardware in a while. You will need a 3rd party solution to serve your needs.
