It won't unpair

When I keep putting unpair device it won't disappear from the list I tried over and over it won't do so.

What are you trying to unpair? The device must be disconnected to unpair.

I'm trying to unpair my headphones 🎧 and even though it's turned off I still try to unpair it but it won't work.

Are you tapping the gear icon next to the device and then tappion unpair? Or are you just trying to delete it?

Trying to delete the paired headphones from my phone and yes I have been doing that.

Doing which? To unpair, you have to tap the gear and tap unpair. If all else fails, reset your network connections. This will delete all your wifi networks and Bluetooth devices, and you will have to set them all up again. Why do you need to unpair them? If you no longer intend to use the headphones, just dont turn them on. If you are going to use them on a other device, you can still do that without unpairing them.
