Is it possible to exceed the limitations when using the notification text on the Samsung messages?

Does anyone know how we can exceed the limitations of using the notification text. For example in Google Messages you set a limit or use no limit as to where in the Samsung messaging app it tells you, you can't go any further. 

It's bugging me. I deleted the Google messaging app because the emoji's are horrible now.

Hello,

Those limits are there for a reason and, as such, should not be exceeded. If you'd open the message app... you'll be able to type more.
