I'm using an app called Voice Recorder, which records the audio from a voice and for pretty much any source. In my case I've recorded the sound emitted by CPAP device, which isn't supposed to make any sound. I will send the .mp3 from that recording to the CPAP device support team.
This is the first time I've used the app, except to record my own voice. I can play the recording back but I can't save it to a file on my PC.
My phone is a Galaxy Note10+

@SweetTasha If you open the voice recorder the easiest way to get the recordings to your computer is to email them open the recording you want on your computer and tap the 3dots and click the share icon and you can email the recording1736235286673.jpg1736235286688.jpg

You could look in file manager. Should be a folder "recordings", if it ls there, you can connect your phone to the PC and move the file like any other file. You can also do what GaryB82 says, and share.
