The Note 20 is 5 years old. The battery has likely deteriorated over those 5 years.

You may be able to have the battery replaced at a certified Samsung repair center.

Find one near you: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/locations/

Please note that the Note 20 has reached end-of-life, and continuing to use the device for an extended period without current security updates is not advised.

Upgrading to a current gen device will provide you with the best possible experience.

Flips are great devices if you're wanting to try something new. I would recommend visiting a store in person and holding a unit before buying.

The ultra would be the logical upgrade if we want a device more comparable to your Note.

Good choice. I LOVED my Flip5 when I had it. Would have kept it if I lived closer to a service center to have the screen protector replaced as needed! Also, the battery was ROUGH at the time... but the 7 is a massive improvement over the 5. Enjoy!

It has a built in screen protector. Don't try to peel it. It's part of the phone.

It will likely start to peel around the edges between 6 month to a year. Do not try to replace it yourself, you'll void your warranty. Take it to a samsung certified repair center to have it done.

That's crazy! I had my note 20 ultra since 2020 and I just upgraded to the s25u yet my note was still kicking good! I feel as though it could've handled all the new updates out now!
