Airplane mode greyed out

My phone died yesterday, when I charged it and turned it back on, my service bar displays that there isn't service available/0 bars. My service was working prior to my phone dying on me. Although my airplane mode button is greyed out, despite that it seems when I go to settings, it says that airplane mode is not on. I'll add some screens hots.

Things I've tried:
  • Factory reset x2
  • Restarting with airplane mode on and off
  • Turning my phone off and then on
  • Wiping system cache
  • Check if airplane button is greyed out in safe mode (it is)
If anyone has had this issue or know about it, can you please help?

Hello Phantomghoul, Welcome to the Community. We understand your concern with Airplane Mode being greyed out.

A few of suggestions...

1. Have you tried changing the SIM?

2. Reset the network settings. Settings>General Management>Reset>Reset Network Settings

3. Clear app cache/data for One UI app

4. In the Recovery Menu (where you cleared the cache partition), look for an option to repair apps.

5. Have the software reinstalled to the phone.
