Why can't u just sync your gallery to your Google photos instead of one drive

Because Samsung has One UI and Microsoft has OneDrive, both have similarity: One, unless Google renamed its app to One Photo

ok joke aside, i am pretty sure there's MoU between Samsung and Microsoft so only OneDrive can be backup directly from Samsung Gallery, if you wanna backup to GDrive then you need to install Google Photo app

All of my photos sync...just hold the sync button in the drop down and sync your Google account only
