Very bad mic quality (buds 3 pro)

Whenever someone calls me, I always gets the same feedback as I am speaking from very far away and I have to use my phone. Any suggestion to fix it.

The microphones could possibly get confused, thinking your voice is background noise to be canceled. 

Test: During a call, turn off Active Noise Canceling (ANC) and Ambient Mode to see if the voice quality improves.
