Galaxy BudsThank you for updating us on the results. Do you have any data or battery restrictions set for the YouTube app either within the Phone optimization settings, or in the YouTube app itself?
Please submit feedback in the Members app under the Support Tab immediately after recreating the issue to provide data logs to Samsung. https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/How-to-Submit-an-Error-Report/ba-p/3001692
There is also a Send Feedback option in the YouTube app if this is not just isolated to the using YouTube.

Galaxy Buds- Go to your sound and vibration setting. Go to separate app sound. I had to add the apps i wanted my earbuds to play on and check the box ofcourse. Let me know if that helps.
