Brand new pair of Buds3 Pro being used on Samsung S22.   When playing music (doesn't matter which service) or listening to audio (Youtube), a number of things are happening:

1) sound will drop off (bluetooth is connected) while music is still play in App - at times, the audio remains off.

2)  One earbud will drop off

3)  audio sounds like it is skipping (probably just dropping of for a moment)

4)  Odd sound plays unrelated to audio.

I am close to the phone, Wearable app is updated, doesn't happen with older Galaxy Buds (F67C).

May just be a bad set.

Hi Neith

Thanks for taking the time to reply.  I did find the diagnostics tool (thanks for that) but it didn't find anything wrong.  Since I bought them from Amazon, I just exchanged the faulty ones for new ones.  The new ones work fine.

Just bad luck but, thanks Jeff Bezos for making exchanging so easy!   🙂

You should run the available diagnostics for your earbuds. If anything fails, you can create an error report and submit it to Samsung tech support.
