Galaxy BudsI bought these premium earbuds from an authorized Samsung store in the UAE, under the impression that being a flagship product, they’d carry an international warranty. My mistake? I didn’t cross-check. But what followed has been a complete disaster. 🧵
1/ Within just 4 months of light usage, my left earbud started producing an awful electronic crackle. The same buds that were supposed to deliver a mesmerizing flagship sound experience now give me nothing but frustration.
2/ When I searched online, I was shocked—tons of people are facing the exact same problem with these buds. That’s on me too—I didn’t check earlier and just got carried away by the obsession with the Samsung brand.
3/ I always trusted Samsung to deliver durability, quality, and flagship reliability. But this time? My expectations have been shattered. đź’”
4/ Here’s the worst part 👇
Samsung doesn’t even offer repairs for these buds. They simply need to be replaced. And since my UAE-purchased product has no international warranty, I’m stuck. No free replacement. No solution in India. Just a ruined flagship experience.
5/ For a global brand like Samsung, is this the standard for their most premium earbuds? A product that can’t even last a few months? For a flagship line, this is beyond disappointing—it’s tragic.
6/ Honestly, I’ve always been a Samsung loyalist. My phones, watches, TVs—you name it. But this incident makes me seriously reconsider. If Apple can offer durable products with international warranty support, maybe they’re the safer bet for purchases abroad.
7/ What was supposed to be an unforgettable premium experience has turned into a flagship nightmare. I expected the best. I got a ticking, crackling mess instead.
Samsung, is this how you treat your flagship customers worldwide? 🌍

Galaxy Buds3 things:
- when you purchase any samsung product, that product only has warranty from original country
- any buds or TWS once it's broken = e-waste, it's way harder to replace parts or even battery from buds compared to galaxy watch, so take care of your next earbuds
- (personal opinion), IMO Buds3Pro isn't flagship for me, because samsung always put "Ultra" on their highest tier of product (smartphone, smartwatch, tablet), i know buds3pro is the latest and the best earbuds offered by samsung but it doesn't have "Ultra" on it yet

Galaxy BudsWhile I completely agree with all 3 points mentioned by you I would just like to highlight few things
- Warranty - This was a total miss from my side, and I am not blaming Samsung for this. I am just suggesting that it's high time they start providing international warranty, as its competitors are doing it.
- My buds are not broken, and I have used them with utmost care; the issue occurred out of nowhere (no fall damage, no water contact, nothing). That's the reason I have durability concerns.
- I agree it's not an "ultra" tier product, but still, it's the best product Samsung is selling in this segment (earbuds), considering both cost and advertisement aspects of these buds, they are no less than a flagship product.
