I have problems with my Buds 3 Pro.

On Friday I tried to connect to a laptop but I could not then try my S24 and they would not receive it either (I had unlinked so I could link it to the laptop thinking it was a problem). On Friday I tried to connect to a laptop but I could not then try my S24 and they did not receive it either (I had unlinked so I could link it to the laptop thinking it was a problem) yesterday I wanted to link them and it does not detect them, they turn on the buds and the case but at the moment of taking them out the buds flash and the case does not turn on its LED as it used to.
