How do I get the translator to work

Help what app do I need for the translator to work with my samsung buds pro3

The Galaxy Buds3 and Buds3 Pro, with Samsung's Galaxy AI, offer a real-time translation feature called "Interpreter". This feature utilizes the earbuds to facilitate live, in-person conversations in different languages. Samsung's Galaxy AI analyzes conversations and provides translated audio through the earbuds, with a text transcript on the paired phone. 



Here's how it works:

Initiate Interpreter: Swipe down from the top right corner of your phone's screen to open the Quick settings panel and tap the "Interpreter" icon. 

Select Languages: Choose the languages you and the other speaker will be using. 

Conversation Mode: Switch to "Conversation mode" if you are speaking with someone else. 

Start Translating: Tap the microphone icon next to your language to begin recording, and the app will translate your speech and display it on your phone's screen. The translated audio will also be played through your Galaxy Buds3 or Buds3 Pro. 

In-Person Conversations: In conversation mode, you can hand the phone to the other person to allow them to speak their language. The app will translate what they say and play the translation through the earbuds.

it says on Google that hebrew is an option but I don't find it on the list of languages.  how do I get hebrew?

I'm not seeing the interpreter in the quick panel or the interpreter icon
